From my experience I can assure you that no matter how well intentioned, disciplined or motivated a person can be, without a properly tailored nutritional program that person is likely to fail miserably. To make matters worse the media does not help much either: a new diet trend every month based on the success story of the the celebrity of the moment or the new weight loss miracle supplement manufactured and endorsed by pharmaceutical companies. |
